One word..

Hello!

Just me again.

Yesterday was a write-off.  And I don't even know what I did other than get one word stitched.  One measly word!

Hope you all are getting more stitching done than I am!

Happy Stitching!

A little more progress

Hey guys!

I had another day of stitching on ABC's Of Parenting.  I am almost through a whole skein of the dark blue lettering color.  I think 3 came with the kit so hopefully I have enough to finish!

I am up to D!

Hey guys!

I got another day in on ABC's of Parenting.  I am really enjoying these fun little pops of color.

The other day I saw someone comment somewhere that they didn't like how on LizzieKates all the letters are different.  I don't know about you guys but I think that is my favorite part of LizzieKates :)

Happy Stitching!

New start on Dogs Leave Paw Prints pattern.

Hello everyone,

I am Julie and I am a new member of Lizzie Kate SAL blog, I thought I would share with you the materials for my first pattern.

Dogs Leave Paw Prints pattern. I bought my pattern from Fobbles
30 count evenweave
DMC threads
1 dog bone charm
1 hoop for display when finished, or I may decide to finish it in a frame.

Back soon when finished. Julie x

Finished!

I have a finish! I actually finished this on Halloween, but I've been sick, so I wasn't up to taking photos, etc. Anyway, here's my finish! If you remember, I wasn't sure about what colors to use for the bottom text, but I decided to go with Mocha for the "IN" and Mojito for "Residence" (all Mo's Sale silks).

I chose to not include the charm. I thought about finding a different one, but I kinda like it blank. I also decided to leave off the top and bottom large X border. I might add those later, depending if I find a frame that seems too large. But considering I never frame anything, I'm not gonna worry about that now. (^_^)

Day 3

Hello fellow SALers!

I finished the top row!  Actually I started on the next row a little too but didn't take a picture.  I am really loving this and it will be a great reminder to me every day to settle down and not make a mountain out of a mole hill.

Happy Stitching!
