March - All Is Calm Progress
I skipped this in February. I did stitch an ornament, but not this. Life has a way of laughing at the plans that we make. That's ok. Last night it hit me just how silly the pressure that I was putting on myself was. I give others with chronic health issues a huge break, but not myself? Absolutely silly. I'm actually doing pretty good! I need to applaud myself more often.
This month I had thought that I would spend more time stitching on this, but I made a promise to myself. I'm going to try to keep it. I don't know if I'll finish my Snowman Ornament for this month, but I can do my best.
I don't remember exactly which day I pulled this out, and I didn't stitch every day. I spent time with my husband, and getting used to my new compression stockings. My legs are definitely feeling better. The pain and soreness is starting to pass. Soon I may even tell how much fat has accumulated on my calves, and not just edema.
I digress with life again. LOL! This month I'm not going to include all of my progress pictures. I thought that I would just share my starting, and stopping points. I'm happy with how much I was able to do.
See you soon with this month's Snowman Ornament. I hope that you are are all well. Or at least well enough and happy.

Mira March SAL Update #4
Sooo.... I love Stargazer. But I needed a break. She was getting heavy and hurting my wrist, so I decided to start a new Mirabilia for Mira March. You might have seen the new Mirabilia that was released in February. Her name is Andromeda. I find her a bit...meh. She's nice, but not really my thing. That is, until it was pointed out to me that she would make an amazing Ariel. YES PLEASE. So, I've started my first Mira conversion. So. Scary. But I'm really enjoying it.
I made up this digital conversion and it hooked me. So I picked up the fabric and pattern a week or so ago and started her on March 25th. The fabric is Sunny Dyes "Surf & Sky".
Here's my progress so far. She's rather small, much smaller than Stargazer. She's only like 8x11 inches finished and fits on a Fat 1/8. I'm hoping to finish her next month. Wish me luck. ^_^

March General SAL - All Is Calm
I didn't stitch on this last month, so I'll do a little extra stitching this month on All Is Calm.
This is my starting point and first progress picture for this month.

New start for the Mira March SAL 2017
My Mira March Starting Point
I will be working on Mirabilia's Stargazer. I started this on September 21st on 2016. The fabric is PolStitches' Moon.
My goal is to finish all the cross stitching in this project in March. I don't imagine I'll finish the beading this month, but I really want to finish it completely in the next two months.
(Oh, and ignore the pins in a line in the middle of the fabric. I had a concern about whether she was gonna fit on the fabric, so I counted to the edge. She fits. ^_^)
Finally Home!! ;)
Well, it has been a long time coming but I have FINALLY finished stitching Lizzie Kate's At Our House. I thoroughly enjoyed this piece and I think maybe the reason it took me so very long was because it was a piece I was sad to see end. Am I making any sense? Possibly not with this crazy cold I have lol.
I am looking forward to getting a few more WIPs out of the way over the course of the next few months. Especially those that may be slightly past due on when they should have been done. Alas, a gift is a gift regardless of the day!
Now, because I already have so many WIPs on the go I will add in one more!! Lol Here's to MiraMarch and my wonderful Stitchy friends!!
Have a great Stitchy Day!! XO
